Excellent venue for a nice drink to relax and unwind after a long day of walking around Rome.We sampled a number of wines and beer and were not disappointed!We also had a meats board which was great.Service was terrific, our waitress was happy to make suggestions and accomodate each and every request.

In two words, friendliness and frankness of the staff! This is what is most savored from the first minute. The cuisine is excellent and if you are looking for a typical Roman dish you have found the right place! The owners are very nice and easy-going, typical of the area and of a Roman spirit that is unfortunately disappearing... The bill in terms of my experience was a real surprise. Excellent value for money! Recommended for lovers of the genre!

My husband and I went here our first night in Rome. We had eaten many other places while in Italy but Ai Tre Scalini truly has been the best. We decided to go back the night after as well because we loved our first experience so much!The second night everyone remembered us and were so unbelievably welcoming and kind. The food was again perfect. Honestly, I can't rave about the food enough. It was so flavorful and well cooked.We can't wait to go back next weekend when we are in Rome again.Ai Tre Scalini, you are my sweetie!

Lovely local restaurant, very friendly service, very tasty pasta dishes.We went to quite a few restaurants in the 30-40e for two range during our time in Italy and, frankly, most of them were disappointing. This place, in contrast, was great, our favourite of the trip in fact, and we'd have loved to come here again, enjoy their hospitality and try some more of their good food.

By far the best resturant we visited in Rome. Family owners, fun vibe, and great food. Chef was even happy to customize meals and even make meals not on the menu.Price cheap, and delicious!!!

This is my first time going to this place. I was intrigued by the episode "nightmare kitchens" in which, however, we talked about family relationships in the management of the place, but there were no particular problems related to cleaning or anything else...I must say that Antonella is very kind and accommodating.Carmelo, the Chef, equally helpful and welcoming.The dishes we chose were really tasty. The bill was honest!I highly recommend it because it is a family-run place that really deserves it.

Last day of 2023, we have our dinner here. Spaghetti tastes very good, and the pizza is amazing,thin and crispy. I’ll definitely come back if I travel to Rome next time.
